I had questions before purchasing. Steve was very responsive. They made the birdbath custom to order and within few days it arrived. So well packaged and it is just beautiful and well made. Looking forward to seeing many birds bathing in it when the weather warms up here in the Northeast. Thank you Dances With Stone (Steve and crew), already eyeing some other items :).
I love my bird bath. It adds that special touch to my garden that makes it enchanting.
This birdbath is perfectly designed to sit on the ground as birds prefer we added a heater for the winter and are enjoying the possibility of providing water near our birdfeeders
I purchased this birdbath for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loves it. The workmanship is flawless and beautifully done. We received the birdbath within a couple of days after placing the order. I certainly will be making more purchases from Dances With Stone in the near future.
I bought one of the smaller versions and realize now that I definitely need a bigger one. I set up a trail cam to see what all was using it and in one single 12 hour period, I got photos of raccoons, possums, mice, chipmunks, squirrels, several different types of birds- including cardinals, and a bear. All of them either in the bath or drinking from it (raccoons were washing their hands!). I am so happy but I need a bigger one!!
Love my new bird bath bowls, my original bird bath bowls kept cracking even though I took care of them. Got tried if replacing and they'd crack again. Saw these on line, as I needed larger ones, for the bases I have, I went and picked out the size and color I thought would go best with the bases. Was thrilled at the choices, came home with the first one and ordered the second one. The second one was finished in just three days! These are the best, won't crack for the rest of my life, nor who ever I leave them to. Thank you Dances With Stone, LOVE my new bird baths.

I ordered a 16" handmade quarried granite birdbath on a Thursday and I could have picked it up Saturday (I live close by). It is just what I wanted. It is large and deep enough for a winter heater but not too deep for little birds to bathe. It sits flat and firm. It is heavy, but not so heavy that I can't move and dump it out easily. Perfect!
The birds really love it. Every kind of bird. Squirrels and other wildlife, too. In particular, we have several robins that use our new bird bath like a spa, taking long baths several times a day, sometimes minutes apart. Keeps us on our toes, refreshing the water (surprising how dirty robins are), but it's a "problem to have," because we love being entertained by the birds.
These are so cool! I thought they would make perfect milestone gifts, a niece's wedding, big brother's 60th birthday, a housewarming, etc.. Each one is so beautiful and unique! Plus nice flat bases so they sit on a table just as as well as on the ground, but enough curve that they're easy to empty and rinse. I don't want to part with any of them. And the birds LOVE them! Constant, highly entertaining traffic! Steve is terrific, friendly and super helpful. I am so happy with these and I know my gang are going to be thrilled to receive them! Thanks again, Steve!
